What to write about

Data correctionsA number on the site looks wrong, a story misclassified a game, or a chart isn't matching what you see on Steam. Send the URL and what you expected to see.
Press and partnershipsWriters, podcasters, and outlets covering the Steam ecosystem are welcome to use Steam Ranker numbers with attribution. For interviews or co-authored pieces, get in touch.
AdvertisingIf you'd like to advertise on Steam Ranker or have questions about an ad you've seen on the site, this is the address.
Privacy and takedownsQuestions about how your data is handled, requests under privacy law, or DMCA-style takedown notices. Also the right address for content concerns about a specific page.
Bugs and feature ideasSomething broke, a chart doesn't render, a page is slow, or you have an idea for a metric you'd like to see tracked. All welcome.
Anything elseIf none of the above fit, write anyway. Real questions get real answers.

Alternative

Other ways to reach me

For short, public questions or sightings worth screenshotting, DMs are open on X: @SteamRanker. Email is better for anything detailed, anything that needs an attachment, or anything where you’d like a written record.

There is no phone number and no physical mailing address listed for the site. Steam Ranker is a solo project run from a home office, not a registered business with a storefront. If a legal matter requires postal contact, email first and a postal address can be provided in reply.

What I can’t help with

Steam account issues. Steam Ranker is not affiliated with Valve. Account recovery, refunds, purchase problems, and anything else involving your Steam login goes to help.steampowered.com. I can’t see your account and have no way to influence anything on Valve’s side.

Game-developer requests to change rankings. The trending leaderboard and the story engine are driven by public Steam and Twitch numbers. No game can be promoted up or removed by request. If a story’s headline is factually wrong, email and it’ll be corrected. If the numbers are simply not the ones you’d hoped for, the numbers stay.
